The Jesse M. Bayne Life Saving Award is given in the memory of Jesse Matthew Bayne, a young fire fighter and EMS worker, who lost many potential years of Life Saving, as he passed from us on January 5, 2000.
Persons receiving this award receive a plaque and a special medal.
