From the Knox-Box home page select Online Purchase.
Next, select the category, (Knox Box or Residential Knox Box or any other product you wish to purchase.) (Make sure the box will hold the proper number of keys)
When asked for, select the correct fire department.
Choose Buy Now
Fill in the next page and click Add To Cart
Click Checkout
Choose Building Owner and fill in the information blanks.
Click Next
If Shipping information is correct click Next
Click Submit and Click Place Order
An email notification will be sent to the fire department.
When you receive the box it will be open in locked position. Mount the box, preferably near the front entrance. If you have any questions please call the local fire department.
When you are ready to lock the key or keys in the box call the local fire department.
