District Radio Frequencies



All emergency agencies in Spartanburg County are dispatched from one central location This dispatch center is located at the intersection of South Pine Street and East Main Street in Spartanburg.

Each employee of the Fire District is issued a tone alert pager. Full-Time employees are issued portable radios in addition to a pager. For more information about our Communication Department please contact Firefighter Greg Rethi.

The North Spartanburg Fire District uses the following frequencies:
  • 154.3100 - Spartanburg County Fire Dispatch channel
  • 154.0250 - Spartanburg County Fire channel 2
  • 154.2650 - Spartanburg County wide fire ground channel
  • 155.8950 - Spartanburg County TAC 1
  • 154.4510 - Spartanburg County TAC 2
  • 154.3850 - North Spartanburg Fire District Tactical Channel 1
  • 155.3850 - North Spartanburg Fire District Operations Channel 1
  • 154.2200 - North Spartanburg Fire District Tactical Channel 2
Spartanburg County has an enhanced 911 dispatch center. The Fire Service uses a plain text language to communicate. Each Fire Service vehicle is assigned an identification number preceded by a name or letter.
